Warranty terms for boat lifts

Warranty period

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Our products have different warranty durations:

• Electronic components: 1 year
• Sea-Drive worm gears: 10-year limited warranty
• Underwater tracks and accessories: 1 year
• Hydraulic lifts sold after October 2022
  • Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components: 3 years
  • Moving parts: 15 years

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials and construction
• Faulty parts affecting function and safety
• Hydraulic and electrical components
• Rust damage not caused by incorrect use

What the warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside specifications
• Normal wear and aging
• Accidents, storms, ice formation, and other weather-related damage
• Lack of maintenance or neglect
• Overloading, such as lifting a boat that exceeds the maximum weight
• Improper boat positioning causing uneven loading and beam stress

How to submit a warranty claim

• Contact our customer service and describe the issue
• Send photos or videos and proof of purchase
• We will review the case and offer repair or replacement if the issue is covered by the warranty

Warranty validity

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires that the boat lift was installed and maintained according to our instructions.

Service and repairs

To keep the warranty valid, we recommend that repairs are carried out only by authorized partners.
